Position: Payroll Staff
Job’s summary: To implement and handle all HR activities relating to Personal Income Tax (PIT) and payroll process
Primary tasks:
1. Implement PIT process:
- To set up list of the staff to request tax code.
- Send the list to Tax government to get Tax code
- Get back the tax code and send to the staff
- Receive and follow up reduction subsidiary reduction of family condition document
- Make yearly report of PIT balance sheet
2.Time keeping
- Update working schedule to time keeping system
- Check and compare working time, overtime with working schedule
- Coordinate with Section to solve problem of time keeping of staff
3. Do payment of meal allowance, transportation allowance
4. Manage absent request
- Receive, check, update and archive absent request (receipt, voucher, document if any)
- To total up and follow up absent days as regulation.
- Support other requisition related to absent request.
5. Calculate salary:
- Coordinate with accounting and external labor center to solve items consist of salary
Extra tasks:
1. To implement the other issues may be assigned by HR supervisor or manager if any
2. To follow the company regulation and other requirements
Requirements:
- University degree
- Have basic tax, labor, compensation knowledge
- Computer literate
